For schools and colleges who want to develop a whole organisation approach or whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing. Becky has 20 years of experience working in education, spending several years working with Senior Leaders in primary and secondary schools in a London Borough to shape a whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing.
This can also be combined with developing bespoke staff training and workshops for both parents and young people.

During her time in the London Borough of Newham Becky worked with over 40 Primary and Secondary schools. This work entailed a bespoke approach to consultancy and training facilitation. Working with the senior leadership team to complete a full audit on mental health and wellbeing across the school and beyond, identifying areas of strength and where more work is needed then developing an action plan and meeting with key members of the team regularly to bring it to realisation
